Location: Centennial, Colorado

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients across MS-Tele and specialty units
Monitor and manage patients with cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, and post-surgical needs
Administer medications including Heparin drips and respond to changing patient conditions
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes
Float within Zone 1 facilities to support staffing needs and maintain continuity of care
Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various units and patient acuities

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across telemetry and specialty care
Comfort managing drips, vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and monitoring equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and fill scheduling gaps as needed
Willingness to float to ICU holds, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele units
