Pharmacy Technician
Location: Westminster, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Variable shifts - Weekdays 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, and 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Every other weekend 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM. No nights or double backs required.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile compounds that directly impact patient safety and outcomes
- Restock Pyxis machines across nursing units and procedural areas to keep care teams moving smoothly
- Navigate Epic to ensure accurate medication records and seamless communication
- Maintain code trays and kits so emergency teams always have what they need
- Answer phones and medication messages to support nurses, providers, and patients in real time
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License
- PTCB Certification required
- Sterile compounding experience is a must
- Epic experience strongly preferred
- Pyxis experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Sterile compounding techniques
- Epic electronic health record system
- Pyxis automated dispensing system
- Inpatient pharmacy workflow and medication safety practices
- Restocking and inventory management for nursing units and procedural areas
