Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms while managing titratable drips
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to handle frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED as needed to support patient care across the hospital
- Work side-by-side with patient care techs and unit support staff to deliver excellent outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Minimum one year of recent PCU or step-down experience preferred
- Willingness to float within the facility and maintain a positive team attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Safe titration of Heparin, Insulin, and Octreotide drips
- Comfort with rapid admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ability to read and respond to cardiac monitors independently
- Team-first mindset in a high-flow environment
