Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating support across Neurosurgery, ENT, Orthopedic, GYN, General Surgery, and Da Vinci Robotics cases
Collaborate closely with surgeons and the OR team to ensure seamless procedures
Float to Pre/Post op, PACU, or ER trauma when needed to support patient care
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
Mentor and educate fellow staff while sharing your valuable experiences
Adapt quickly to a varied daily surgical schedule with flexibility and professionalism

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience in multiple surgical service lines including Neuro
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without specialized teams
Willingness to comply with the facility's no artificial nails policy
Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with a 90 percent score during orientation

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Broad knowledge of adult, geriatric, pediatric, and obstetric surgical procedures
Ability to scrub in or circulate as needed across all service lines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to handle call shifts and floating assignments
