Registered Nurse - Neuro Tele
Location: Chandler, Arizona

End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to neuro post-surgical and stroke patients
- Monitor and interpret EKGs with centralized telemetry support
- Collaborate with charge nurses and clinical supervisors to deliver excellent outcomes
- Maintain sterile field techniques and support safe patient environments
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans after neurosurgery or stroke intervention
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent neuro or telemetry experience within the past 6 months
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of offer
- COVID vaccine or approved religious/medical exemption
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong neuro assessment and post-operative care skills
- Proficient with EKG interpretation and centralized telemetry
- Comfortable with 1:3-4 patient ratios on a 28-bed unit
- Knowledge of stroke care including post-TPA management
- Excellent sterile technique and infection prevention practices
