Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care across multiple specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
- Float within a 60-mile zone to support various facilities and patient needs
- Titrate Heparin drips and manage adult-geriatric patient populations
- Collaborate with designated Charge Nurses and nursing assistants to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Adapt quickly to different units and acuity levels while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
- Neuro experience preferred
- Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible schedules
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills across multiple specialties
- Experience with vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment
- Comfortable working with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
