Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate in all surgical specialties including cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general procedures
- Support robotic-assisted surgeries using both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Provide exceptional patient care during CABGs, craniotomies, total joints, and trauma cases
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure smooth case flow
- Precept new staff members and share your expertise with the team
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed to support patient care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact license
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
- Strong robotics experience with both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Proven ability to circulate CABGs and craniotomies
- Cardiovascular OR experience required
- Willingness to take call and work flexible schedule
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating complex cardiovascular and neurosurgical cases
- Proficiency with robotic surgical systems and advanced OR equipment
- Strong knowledge of multiple surgical specialties
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to precept and mentor other staff members
