Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible 6-hour shifts, varying days and times
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare pediatric patients and their families for surgery with warmth and expertise
- Assess and monitor patients pre-operatively to ensure safe outcomes
- Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia team for seamless care
- Provide compassionate education and support to families
- Maintain a calm and organized pre-op environment
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio required
- Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric pre-operative care and procedures
- Proficient in IV insertion and patient assessment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
