End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases including CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support both OR teams
Collaborate with surgeons and staff across cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general specialties
Precept new team members and share your expertise when needed
Ensure smooth case flow and patient safety from start to finish

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
Proven ability to circulate CABGs and craniotomies
Strong references and reliability are essential

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general cases
Comfortable with DaVinci and Mako robotic systems
Ability to handle trauma, total joints, and complex procedures
Willingness to float between nearby campuses
Ready to precept and mentor others
