Shift Type: Flexible shifts, typically 8.5-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team to ensure safe and efficient operations
Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and equipment
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical asepsis
Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills
