Location: Centennial, Colorado

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple specialties
Float throughout Zone 1 facilities providing MS/Tele expertise wherever needed most
Monitor cardiac and neurological patients while safely titrating Heparin drips
Collaborate with designated charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Support various units including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Ortho, and Trauma
Maintain flexibility to fill scheduling gaps and ensure seamless coverage across the zone

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various acuity levels

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for diverse patient populations
Comfort working with vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory equipment
Excellent communication and adaptability for floating assignments
Ability to manage 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratios based on acuity
