Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during 12-hour day shifts
Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and timely
Educate patients and families to support recovery and self-care
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate when necessary

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential in the state of practice or ability to obtain one
Experience or interest in MST (Mobile/Medical Support Team) or similar care settings preferred
Current BLS; ACLS and other specialty certifications as required by the assignment
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently on per diem assignments and adapt quickly to new environments

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical proficiency in nursing assessments, medication administration, and wound care
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate clinical documentation
Comfort working in fast-paced settings and managing patient priorities
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient education skills
Ability to follow protocols, safety procedures, and infection control practices
