Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Perform CT scans accurately and safely, adjusting protocols to patient needs
• Operate portable X-ray units and C-arm equipment for intra-procedural imaging
• Use PACS and the hospital computer system to manage images, reports, and patient flow
• Apply and uphold radiation safety practices to minimize exposure for patients and staff
• Provide compassionate patient transport and patient care, addressing psycho-social needs
• Complete required clerical tasks and documentation promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent state credential (state license as required)
• Demonstrated competency performing CT scans (experience or documented training required)
• Experience with fluoroscopy, portable X-ray, C-arm use, and PACS
• Comfortable using hospital computer systems and performing clerical duties related to imaging
• Strong patient care skills and commitment to radiation safety
