Location: Garrison, North Dakota

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse while delivering compassionate long-term care
Administer medications and perform essential wound care for residents
Monitor and support residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
Provide personalized care using Matrix EMR in a 26-bed facility

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and wound care skills
Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Familiarity with Matrix EMR a plus
Excellent communication with residents, families, and care teams
