Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to long-term care residents
Monitor and assess resident health conditions, communicating changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in a timely manner
Uphold safety and infection control standards at all times

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing practices and regulations
Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and management
Care plan development and implementation
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
