Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-acuity nursing care to ICU patients with professionalism and compassion
Assess, monitor, and document patient status and responses to treatment
Administer medications and critical interventions following ACLS/BLS protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
Complete required competency exams, specialty checklists, and training promptly
Maintain accurate licensure and credentialing through Nursys and verification processes
Adhere to infection control practices and facility vaccination requirements

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse licensure (ability to verify via Nursys)
ICU nursing experience (PRN or staff experience preferred)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
DCI/BVP certification as listed by the facility
Ability to complete Prime Core Competencies, Prime Specialty Exam, and Prime Skills Checklist
Successful completion of required health screenings: drug screen, TB, immunizations, fit test, etc.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of ICU standards of care and critical care monitoring
Familiarity with ACLS and BLS emergency protocols
Comfort with credentialing and license verification workflows
Ability to complete facility-specific competency exams and training
Understanding of infection prevention and immunization compliance
