Registered Nurse - Home Health
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 12.5-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate home health care to patients in Albuquerque Heights
- Assess and monitor patient conditions with skill and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments to improve quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families to empower their independence
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in New Mexico
- Home health experience preferred but open to passionate candidates
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and a caring approach
Education
- RN or LPN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in home health nursing practices
- Excellent patient assessment and care planning
- Effective communication with patients and families
- Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
