Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical situations
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs quickly and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to stabilize patients
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Previous ER or acute care experience is a plus
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing protocols
Triage and rapid assessment
IV insertion and medication administration
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration under pressure
