Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to stabilize and treat patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and perform procedures with precision
Educate patients and families during high-stress situations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications
Previous ER experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency nursing protocols
Triage and rapid assessment
IV insertion and medication administration
Electronic health record documentation
Team collaboration under pressure
