Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
- Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions
- Educate patients and families providing comfort in crisis
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS ACLS and PALS certifications
- Recent ER experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking in fast-paced settings
