Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to a diverse ER population from peds to cardiac and trauma patients
- Manage 1:3-4 patient ratios with acuity-based assignments in a bustling Level III trauma center
- Perform EKGs, interpret dysrhythmias, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment like a pro
- Staff triage areas and fast track while collaborating with on-site MDs, midlevels, and support teams
- Care for holds and general ER cases including STEMIs, strokes, and respiratory issues with confidence
Qualifications
- Active RN license ready to submit
- 2 years of ER experience, welcoming first-time travelers too
- Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia test with 83% on up to three tries before starting

Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in common ER drips like pressors and sedation
- Skilled at reading and interpreting your own strips without monitor techs
- Comfortable with peds, cardiac, STEMI, stroke, and trauma care
- Experienced in triage, fast track, and intermixed holds
