Shift Type: Flexible schedule, 5x8s or 4x10s to be discussed; includes 1-2 weeknight calls per week and weekend call every 3 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating and teching support for advanced endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, enteroscopy, and endolumenal surgery
Operate specialized imaging catheters, ultrasound processors, and electrocautery equipment to assist in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal conditions
Manage high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex endoscopes following SGNA and manufacturer standards
Assist with Fine Needle Aspirations, stent deployment, suturing, and Endoflip device setup
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care

Qualifications

Current RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Strong circulating and teching skills for advanced procedures such as EUS, ERCP
Pass an open-book exam on orientation with a 90% or above
Commitment to patient safety and infection control standards

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in endoscopy nursing and advanced GI procedures
Knowledge of SGNA standards for high-level disinfection
Ability to troubleshoot and handle specialized endoscopic equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
