Shift Type: Full-time, Day shift; weekend and on-call requirements discussed at interview.

Hours per Week: 40

Bill Rate: $31.62+ per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Adhere to professional standards, state regulations, and the health center's mission to deliver exceptional patient care.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient pre-operative preparation and recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
Current Kansas Registered Nurse license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from Red Cross or AHA required within 90 days of employment.
Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical nursing skills and patient assessment abilities.
Knowledge of nursing process, professional standards, and state regulations.
Proficient in BLS and patient care techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
