Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with opportunity for up to 48 hours per week

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess care needs and craft personalized plans with your interdisciplinary team
Coordinate compassionate nursing care for pediatric behavioral health patients
Foster safe environments and provide emotional support to patients and families
Lead as a clinical expert, delegating tasks and mentoring staff
Document meticulously and report risks to ensure top-tier patient safety
Champion recovery-focused care in residential and hospital settings

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license required at submission
BLS certification
2 years of behavioral health experience
Pediatric experience to make an immediate impact

Education

Registered Nurse licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in behavioral health and pediatric nursing
Strong compassion, integrity, and customer service skills
Leadership in team coordination and staff development
Proficiency in care planning, milieu management, and discharge education
