Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Start Date: 05-25-2026
End Date: 08-24-2026
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, every 3rd weekend
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate physical therapy to patients in their homes
- Work closely with PT, OT, and Speech teams across ortho, strokes, joints, and spinal injuries
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately to support patient care
- Cover assigned geographical regions with dedication and skill
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery journeys
Qualifications
- Active PTA license
- BLS certification required
- 1 year experience in PT/OT/Speech
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Education
- Completion of accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with OASIS for government-mandated documentation
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Skilled in treating ortho, strokes, joints, spinal injuries and more
