Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence
- Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in lives
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
- Track progress and adjust therapies to accelerate healing journeys
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current state licensure for Maryland
- BLS certification preferred
- Enthusiasm for patient-centered care and rehabilitation
Education
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent patient communication and motivation techniques
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rehab environment
