Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shifts, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, varied days including weekends and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional inpatient physical therapy to orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic and med/surg patients
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like treadmills, exercise bikes and resistance bands to create personalized rehab plans
Collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists, assistants and directors to optimize patient outcomes
Document progress using Meditech EMR to ensure seamless care continuity
Adapt treatments to varying patient volumes while maintaining high standards of compassionate care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license
BLS certification
At least 1-2 years of experience in hospital acute care, IP Rehab or SNF settings
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient rehab environment

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in inpatient rehab techniques
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Strong critical thinking and time management

Team collaboration and technological savvy
