Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team across two unique care settings
Document progress and celebrate every milestone with your patients
Provide compassionate care at both Linden Grove Health and Washington State Soldiers Home

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy license in Washington state
Strong clinical skills and passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in both skilled nursing and veterans care environments
Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in developing individualized therapy programs
Comfortable working across multiple care settings
Proficient with electronic documentation systems
Dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of independence
