Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident plans
- Document accurately and communicate changes in condition promptly
- Support daily living activities while promoting dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact state
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
