Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Wayne Center
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Document assessments and interventions accurately
- Support residents and families with education and emotional support
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
