Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support recovery goals
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a skilled nursing setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Documentation and progress reporting
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
