Location: Charlevoix, Michigan

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 3x12-hour shifts, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under the guidance of experienced nursing leadership
Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of residents in long-term care settings
Follow established hospital procedures to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
Build meaningful connections with patients and families while supporting their unique needs
Uphold McLaren Northern's commitment to excellence and reliability

Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care
Current AHA BLS certification
Michigan LTC fingerprinting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in long-term care environments
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient and family-centered care
