Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and daily living skills
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and recovery plans
Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist License
Minimum 1 year of OT experience
SNF/LTC experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current BLS Certification

Education
