Candidate Pay Rate: $85 - $59.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create personalized occupational therapy treatment plans tailored to their functional needs and goals
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize patient independence
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and adaptive strategies
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for seamless, coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards and regulations

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by the clinic)
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
Proficiency with adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Time management and documentation skills
