Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont (compact eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to excellent resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough understanding of long-term care regulations and standards
• Proficiency in patient handling, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong observational skills to detect changes in resident condition
• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
