Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to maintain independence
Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support residents with meals and hydration needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
BLS certification preferred
At least one year of recent LNA experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Completion of a state-approved LNA training program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of resident rights and confidentiality
Skill in using patient handling equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate approach to care
Time management and prioritization
