Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide full-time clinical care across office, surgery, and deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital
• Lead program development and strategic expansion of the Women’s Health service line on Cincinnati's east side
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and drive enhanced patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams, including Certified Nurse-Midwives and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to build a cohesive, high-performing team
• Allocate and manage dedicated leadership time for administrative duties and strategic priorities
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation to support acute patient needs and ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience (explicit requirement)
• Active medical license in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure
• Proven leadership or program development experience in a clinical setting
• Demonstrated experience with deliveries and surgical OB/GYN procedures
• Track record mentoring physicians and advanced practice providers
• Ability and willingness to participate in a 1:6 call rotation
• U.S. work authorization required; this role does not support J-1 or H-1B sponsorship and is not open to 1099 or locum candidates

Education

• MD or DO (OB/GYN residency completed)
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Expertise in OB/GYN clinical practice, including high-volume deliveries
• Strong surgical skills and perioperative management
• Program leadership and strategic planning for service-line growth
• Clinical mentorship and team development
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with CNMs and MFM specialists
• Quality improvement methodologies and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Administrative skills for balancing clinical and leadership duties
