Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and hygiene
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition
Communicate clearly with RNs and care teams to support care plans
Maintain infection control standards and a safe patient environment
Support safe patient transfers and proper use of medical equipment

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working overnight/night shift assignments
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to pass facility onboarding and background checks
BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED (typical requirement)
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient handling and safe transfer techniques
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection prevention and standard precautions
Time management for busy overnight shifts
Team communication and escalation of clinical concerns
