Shift Type: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate psychiatric care to patients in a medical setting
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and mental health status
- Administer medications and assist with therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner and Point of Care systems
- Support patients through daily activities and behavioral management
Qualifications
- Current LPT license in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
- Willingness to complete required orientation and training programs
Knowledge & Skills
- Behavioral health assessment and intervention
- Patient charting and documentation
- Core clinical skills for psychiatric care
- Effective communication with patients and staff
- Medication administration and safety protocols
