Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes
- Assist with daily living activities and patient education
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or provide documented exemption
- Ability to bring state or federal issued identification and wear photo badge at all times
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
