Shift Type: Day shift, 8.5-hour shift (specific start/end times and days not provided)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Assist with ADLs and promote resident dignity, comfort and independence
Collaborate with RNs, therapists and facility staff to support individualized care plans
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely clinical records

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Current immunizations per facility policy and ability to pass background checks
Professional, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality resident care

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with long-term care workflows and resident-centered approaches
Good charting skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing resident needs
