Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging to provide clinicians with timely diagnostic information
• Operate CT equipment safely and follow radiation safety protocols
• Assess and prepare patients for CT exams with compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other care teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and image archiving in the PACS or imaging systems
• Follow infection control and departmental policies to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current ARRT RT (R) credential required upon submission
• Current ARRT CT credential required upon submission
• Current, unencumbered Oregon Radiologic Technology license required
• Healthcare Provider BLS required
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Availability to work nights and every weekend as scheduled

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles and patient positioning
• Familiarity with cross-sectional imaging and PET-CT environment
• Proven ability to follow imaging protocols and maintain image quality
• Excellent patient communication and comfort skills during night shifts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital setting
