Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, second shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for all residents

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
Current BLS certification
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and nursing procedures
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing
Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR)
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to adapt to changing resident needs and priorities
