Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents at Meridian Center
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions throughout your shift
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
- Support residents and families with kindness and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in North Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for per diem shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and documentation
- Knowledge of long-term care practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus
