Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care to residents and visitors
- Administer medications and treatments under physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure quality care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute or long‑term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
