Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents making a real difference daily
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Monitor patient conditions closely to ensure optimal health outcomes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities fostering dignity and comfort

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of practical nursing experience preferred
Reliable transportation for local travel assignments

Education

Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Adaptability in fast-paced care environments
