Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to promote comfort and well-being
Collaborate with the care team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes and heartfelt support
Maintain a safe, clean environment that residents love to call home

Qualifications

Active LNA license in VT or NH, ready to bring your skills to New Hampshire
Current certifications including BLS, passionate about resident-centered care
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a huge plus

Education

Valid LNA certification from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient care fundamentals and infection control protocols
Strong communication skills to connect with residents and team members
Reliable, empathetic approach with a knack for teamwork in fast-paced settings
