Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Variable per-diem schedule (may include weekdays and every other weekend), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Provide safe and compassionate hands-on care that preserves dignity
Monitor residents and accurately record vital signs and observations
Document care and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
Support mobility and safe transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect residents
Collaborate with the care team to create a consistent, person-centered experience

Qualifications

Current, active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) credential for the applicable state
Local candidate only (commutable to Franklin, NH)
Availability for 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts and every-other-weekend rotation
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a compassionate attitude
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observations
Accurate charting and clear verbal communication
Infection control and safety best practices
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
