Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management as needed
• Coordinate care with community resources, referral partners, and facility staff
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Advocate for patient needs and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LMHC license in Florida (required)
• Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) classification
• Comfortable providing services in an outpatient/clinic setting Monday–Friday
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in behavioral health assessment and treatment planning
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Clinical documentation and electronic health record familiarity
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Cultural sensitivity and person-centered care practices
