Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and safe mobility
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Support documentation and communication within the care team to ensure continuity
Treat patients and families with respect, empathy, and professionalism

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Eligibility to work in Georgia; any required state registry or license as applicable
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts; flexibility for assignment scheduling
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
Accurate vital signs measurement and observation skills
Familiarity with infection prevention and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
Dependability, teamwork, and the ability to follow care plans and documentation practices
